**Job Title: Woodworking Carpenter**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans to determine project specifications.
- Select and measure materials to create high-quality wood products.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble wood components.
- Repair and refurbish wooden furniture, fixtures, and structures as needed.
- Sand, stain, and finish wood surfaces to achieve desired textures and appearances.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure projects meet design expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter or woodworking professional.
- Proficiency with woodworking tools, machinery, and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of wood types, grain patterns, and finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to handle materials and operate tools safely.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in carpentry or woodworking is a plus.
