- Job Description**Primary responsibilities and accountabilities**
- Maintain OSS systems and resolving problems which are reported by operation
- Act as customer’s local interface for service delivery and support for OSS and service fulfilment product
- Network operations service as per defined SLAs.
- Preventive and Corrective maintenance of OSS network elements and customer acceptance
- Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer problems within SLA.
- Execute Care tasks as per contract and SLA.

**Key Skills/ Experience**

**Domain knowledge of:

- **
- Service Orchestration
- Service Assurance & Inventory
- TM Forum Framework & Process
- Network Domain - (Core/Transport/Access layer)
- Working experience on Nokia OSS is added advantage.
- 5-10 Years of Experience on various OSS systems.
