**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and analytical **Content Strategist** to develop and execute effective content plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, SEO, and product teams to ensure all content aligns with our business goals and audience needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct audience research to understand customer personas and content preferences.
- Plan editorial calendars and manage content production workflows.
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content as needed.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search visibility.
- Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Ensure brand voice, messaging, and tone are consistent across all content assets.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external content partners.
- Identify new content opportunities to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.

**Key Requirements**:

- **2-4 years of proven experience** in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content management systems (CMS such as WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and project management platforms (Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.84 - ₹45,000.91 per month
