**Responsibilities**:

- Counseling to prospective students regarding admission procedures, academic programs, and career paths available within the institution.
- Assisting them in understanding admission requirements and necessary documentation.
- Conduct individual counseling sessions, addressing queries and concerns while showcasing a deep understanding of the courses offered (Engineering, management, Pharmacy & Nursing)
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the admission process, improve enrollment numbers, and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the institution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to admissions and higher education.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and Engineering is preferable. A Master's Degree or additional certifications in counseling or education is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5+ years in admission counseling within the education sector, preferably in higher education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software(NPF), Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools for data management and communication.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
