4. Office asset management
5. Attendance management
6. Visitor list management
7. Office decorum and culture management
8. Leads management & distribution
9. Onboarding Management
10. Service to IBC’s and taking care of their query
11. Other Office Operational Work
12. All Bills Management
**Person specification Essential skills**:
1. Keep all the management information confidential
2. Strong motivational and empowerment skills
3. Strong communication skills(English & Hindi)
4. Takes initiative
5. Works well with all kinds of people
**Technical skills**:
Good Knowledge of Computer ( i.e. Microsoft Office - Specifically in Excel and PowerPoint)
**Experience**:Min 2 to 3 years’ experience preferred
**Essential Qualification**:
- Graduation **MBA ( Preferred )**
**Preferred Gender**: Female preferred
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
