Knowledge on voice AI, KB configuration and articles, IVA ,NLP text analyser, integrations.

Certified Pega Business Analyst LBA/SBA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Understanding of business process management and workflow methodologies.
