Work Experience (highlight):

- Senior professional within the AMC industry with at least 15 years of experience in Mutual Funds sales. Retail sales

experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing South zone's distribution network, which consists of all registered IFAs, banks, national distributors, and the

private wealth setup
- In charge of distributing mutual funds through various channels
- The purpose of the role is to increase market share by establishing and carrying out organizational strategies and

activities to meet the set objectives through the group of designated distributors
- In charge of managing groups of clients for the growth of distribution networks
- ensuring that distributors receive regular training on all products and operational practices
- Determining the team members' competencies and guiding them toward the targets
- Determine potential tie-ups with current distributors, provide the channel team with leads, and organize a drive for the

South of India

Compensation (pa):

- 30 lac + Performance variable
