**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting transactions in **Tally ERP/Prime**.
- Preparation and filing of **TDS returns**, TDS reconciliation, and timely payment of TDS.
- Assist in preparation of GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 0.6-3 years of experience in accounts with focus on **TDS & Tally**.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP/Prime** and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of **accounting principles** and statutory compliances.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of GST filing and compliance.
- Experience in payroll accounting.
- Basic knowledge of Income Tax provisions.
