Responsible to Ensure actual sampling activity is done at plant for Molding, Decoration (printing, lacquering, coating, metallising, foiling).
- Responsible to Create a library of all the components so that they are identified and available for component, color and decoration selection for future NPD requirement.
- Result Oriented and high level of Ownership. Escalate when appropriate.
- Keep proper records of all activities and support in maintaining Project Management Documents for activities carried out.
- Keep in constant touch and co-ordination with various cross functional departments such as, Design, Purchase, R&D, Production - to ensure the delivery of the project happens OTIF.
- Learn and Create specifications on technical, production and bill of materials.
- Coordinate to Obtain approval from management / R&D and document sign off.
- Create various basic briefs such as Sampling, Fragrance, and progressively moving to Briefs for Costing, Product Design, Graphics and Artwork.
- Ensure Prioritisation sequence and timelines for assigned tasks.
- Carrying out competitor and market research.
- Maintain fragrance sample and market intelligence database libraries.

**_Skills & Competencies Required_**
- **From technical background (Science, Technology).**
- Good Communication Skill in English (written & verbal).
- Pro-active, Quick Learner with Good Communication & Networking skills.
- High Degree of Ownership and perseverance
- Basic and Advanced knowledge especially in MS Excel.
- Willingness to acquire skills on software and digital platforms

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
