
Travel Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Generate Leads from corporate accounts and travel agencies for an online B2B booking engine
Knowledge of domestic tour packages
Selling travel products and tour packages
Communicate with Tourism Companies and Agencies
Plan and sell transportations, accommodations and other travel services
Act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, Set up ideal prospecting strategies.
Maintain long term relation with old customers.
Sound knowledge of out bound tourist destinations, able to design itinerary and costing.
Preparing the MIS of Monthly Sales Report
Co-operate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
Negotiations with Flight, Hotel, Transport bookings
Coordinating all aspects of Group Travel including booking hotels, flights, Transport, excursions, entertainment and activities
Reviewing all travel documents to ensure that all details are correct before finalizing arrangements
Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Brief idea about Geographical locations
Enter data into our software and maintain client files
Enthusiatic
Good at customer handling with good convincing power
Handling bookings and documentations
Ready to work 24/7
Very strong Customer service & Analytical skills
Ability to work in a multi-tasking situations.
Meet profit and sales targets
Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
Maximize outside sales development through proactive activities
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:
Minumum 2 years of experience as a sales executive in any travel and tour company.
Must be live in Ahmedabad or ready to relocate here.
Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline (Specially in travel and tourism prefferable)
Have any certificate course in travel and tourism
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
