**Job Summary**
AR Call Center Executive, Voice Process for US Medical Billing
**Responsibilities and Duties**
*Manage assigned receivables portfolio by ensuring outstanding/denied claims are resolved
*Reviews and analyze outstanding insurance claims, to get physician efforts paid
.*Work with the insurance company on behalf of our clients, represent them and resolve the claims within the timelines and defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
*Interact with insurance org to get the required status update and have the claims resolved.
*To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
**Key Skills**
Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, Ar calling, Denial managment
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Minimum 2+ years experience in Denial management and Ar Calling
Should have good communication skills
Team Player
**Benefits**
Salary - Good hike on current CTC
Shift: Mid Shift 3pm to 12am
Week off - Sat / Sun
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Evening shift
