**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the content teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
- Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and materials.
- Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal.
- Work on branding projects including logos, packaging, and visual identity development.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; bonus: Premiere Pro/After Effects).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills across different media and platforms.
- Attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and brand identity design.
- Experience with social media creatives, web layouts, and print media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Basic knowledge of video editing and animation.
- Experience in UI/UX or web design.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar collaborative design tools.
