**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Support**:

- **Study Plans**: Create and implement individualized study plans and revision schedules to help students stay organized and prepare effectively for IGSC exams.
- **Exam Preparation**: Assist students in preparing for their IGSC exams by offering exam strategies, review sessions, and practice papers. Help students develop techniques for managing exam pressure and time effectively.
- **Resource Development**: Provide additional learning materials such as worksheets, practice tests, and other resources to enhance students' understanding and exam readiness.

**Pastoral Care & Well-being**:

- **Emotional Support**: Be available as a trusted adult for students, offering a listening ear and guidance when they encounter personal or academic challenges. Foster a safe and supportive environment for students to thrive.
- **House Supervision**: Supervise students within your House, ensuring that academic and behavioral expectations are met. Support them during House activities, events, and social engagements.
- **Personal Development**: Help students set personal and academic goals, and assist them in developing key life skills such as time management, resilience, and teamwork.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Mediate conflicts among students within the House and help resolve interpersonal issues, ensuring a positive, collaborative environment.

**Experience**
- Previous tutoring experience is preferred, particularly with children of varying ages and abilities.
- Familiarity with special education practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with students and parents.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed is crucial.
