**Job Description for Tell caller**
- Responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.
- Contact customers to promote offers or to set up appointments to support field sales representatives.
- Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
- Gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone.
- Answering calls and resolving queries about product.
- Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.

**Requirements**:

- Need excellent verbal skills to engage with customers professionally.
- High school diploma, Graduation will be added advantage.
- Ability to switch communication styles.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
