**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**WORDPRESS + SEO DEVELOPER**

Key Responsibilities:
**- WordPress Development**: Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. o Ensure responsive design, optimal page load speed, and seamless user experience across devices. o Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs as they arise. o Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing and functional website features.

**- SEO Optimization**: Conduct SEO audits and analyze website performance to identify areas of improvement. o Implement on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headers, internal linking, and image optimization. o Optimize website content, structure, and user experience to improve search engine rankings.

Keep up-to-date with SEO and digital marketing trends and incorporate relevant practices. Content Strategy and Analytics: o Collaborate with content creators to optimize content for target keywords and SEO best practices.

Set up, track, and report on website analytics, and make data-driven recommendations. o Analyze website performance and provide recommendations to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
- **Technical SEO**:Manage technical SEO elements, including XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data markup. o Optimize website architecture and implement schema markup for enhanced search visibility. Monitor and troubleshoot indexing, crawl errors, and site performance issues.

**Qualifications**: - Experience: o Proven experience in WordPress development and customization.

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally with WordPress websites. - Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. o Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz. o Familiarity with WordPress plugins such as Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or All-in-One SEO.

**- Soft Skills**: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
