**Key Responsibilities:

**1. On-Camera Performance**
- Represent the brand in reels, stories, and videos with confidence and charm.
- Showcase products/services in an engaging and relatable way.

**2. Reel & Video Execution**
- Participate in indoor/outdoor shoots as per the calendar.
- Perform with expressions, costume changes, voiceovers, and trend-based dialogues.

**3. Trend Participation**
- Stay updated with trending audio, memes, and formats.
- Adapt trends to suit the brand’s niche and audience.

**4. Content Planning**
- Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- Include shoot dates, trends, events, and campaigns.

**5. Script & Concept Development**
- Write short scripts or dialogues for reels/videos.
- Ensure content is catchy, clear, and on-brand.

**6. Shoot Coordination**
- Plan shoots, manage props, wardrobe, and creator briefings.
- Support on-ground execution and capture BTS if needed.

**7. Posting & Platform Management**
- Schedule and post content with proper captions, hashtags.
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite or native platforms.

**8. Community Engagement**
- Monitor comments, DMs, and replies.
- Engage with followers and escalate queries to relevant teams.

**9. Performance Reporting**
- Track metrics like reach, views, engagement, and follower growth.
- Share weekly/monthly insights and improvement suggestions.

**10. Trend Monitoring & Idea Pitching**
- Regularly analyze competitors and trending formats.
- Propose fresh, creative ideas for upcoming content.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
