- **Job Description(Role & Responsibilities)**:

- Taking samples and performing testing on them
- Conducting research on factors that influence crop growth
- Performing experiments to test new crop solutions
- Collaborating with growers and other Agronomists on research and solutions
- Compiling and analyzing data
- Travelling to farms and other field sites
- Studying the latest in crop best practices and technology
- Training others on products and methods to improve crop production
- Physically fit & non-smoker.
- Age: Preferably 27-35 years, but not more than 40.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong Communication skills: Listening, writing & speaking.
- Selling, Presentation & Negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Preferable to have a good understanding of digital skills viz., Social media, CRM, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Set Goals and develop action plans.
- Flexible & Adaptable.
- **Reports to**BDM & Co-Founder.
- **Location**:Company’s city premises on CG Road, Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
