**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook various Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, soups, and appetizers, according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared with high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes and standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
