**Job Title: 3D and VFX Faculty**

**Position Overview**:
The role involves both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical training, with an emphasis on current industry standards, software, and techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Curriculum Development**:

- Create and update course materials, assignments, and projects to align with industry trends and best practices.
- Incorporate software tools such as Adobe Softwares, Autodesk Maya, Blender, Nuke and others into coursework.
- Ensure students gain a solid foundation in both the artistic and technical aspects of 3D and VFX production.
- **Student Mentorship & Guidance**:

- Provide academic and career guidance to students, offering support both in and outside the classroom.
- Assist students with portfolio development, personal projects, and industry-specific skills.
- Conduct reviews and give constructive feedback on student work to foster growth and improvement.
- **Research and Industry Engagement**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D animation and VFX.
- Encourage a creative and collaborative environment where students can explore new ideas and innovation.
- Develop relationships with industry professionals, potential employers, and other educational institutions.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and industry events to remain current with evolving technologies and methodologies.
- **Assessment & Reporting**:

- Grade assignments, projects, and exams in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of student performance, providing detailed feedback to students and parents (if applicable).
- Contribute to the ongoing assessment and improvement of the program through feedback, evaluations, and curriculum reviews.
- **Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to deliver interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training to continuously improve teaching practices.
- Support institutional initiatives such as events, exhibitions, or student showcases.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree or Diploma in Animation, Visual Effects, Digital Media, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working in the 3D animation and VFX industry (3-5+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, Houdini, Cinema 4D, Blender, Nuke, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, compositing, and animation principles.
- Experience in teaching or training, preferably in a higher education or creative studio environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on major film, television, or gaming productions.
- Experience working in any VFX Institute will be add on skill.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 3D and VFX work.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), or other cutting-edge technologies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
