**NOC Monitoring - Job description**
- ** Real-time Monitoring**:

- Monitor network performance, availability, and security in real-time using network monitoring tools.
- Respond promptly to alerts and incidents, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- ** Incident Response**:

- Execute predefined incident response procedures to resolve network disruptions.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
- ** Performance Optimization**:

- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal network operation.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to improve network efficiency.
- ** Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- ** Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other NOC engineers, network administrators, and IT teams to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
- Provide clear and concise updates to management and relevant stakeholders during incidents.
- ** Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct thorough troubleshooting of network-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Perform analysis of network traffic patterns to detect and prevent potential security threats.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in the ongoing enhancement of network monitoring tools and processes.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a network monitoring or network operations role with Two to Four Years of Experience.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent are beneficial.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, devices, and security principles.

- Proficient in using network monitoring tools and platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
