PPC Executive

As a Production Planning and Control Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and optimal utilization of resources in our production line. You will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure availability of raw materials and components
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement
- Coordinate with production team to resolve any issues or delays in production schedule
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of orders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools
- Prior experience in production planning and control will be an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
