**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Develop and present design concepts, including layout plans, color schemes, furniture, and decor.
- Create detailed design drawings and 3D visualizations using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant software.
- Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material samples to clients.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that design projects are completed within scope and budget.
- Source and select materials, furnishings, and fixtures that align with design concepts and client preferences.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation and ensure design specifications are met.
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative abilities.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, spatial arrangements, and color theory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
- Additional certifications or training in advanced design techniques.
