**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing shoots — including scripting support, shoot prep, and coordination
- Manage logistics: location recce, vendor coordination, and handling shoot-day requirements
- Own and update production documents: call sheets, shoot schedules, production calendars, and trackers
- Act as a bridge between creative, editorial, design, post-production, and distribution teams
- Oversee smooth execution on set — support the director/producer, maintain continuity, and ensure timely wrap-ups.
- Track progress across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Coordinate post-production — working closely with editors and motion designers to deliver final cuts
- Handle basic budgeting, invoice follow-ups, and payment coordination with the accounts team

**Requisites & Skills**:

- Should have experience in a production role in a digital media, agency, or content studio
- Strong understanding of video production workflows and timelines
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
- Great communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of budgeting and vendor negotiations
- A keen eye for detail and content quality
- Familiarity with post-production workflows is a plus
