**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform call audits for outbound sales campaigns to ensure compliance with company standards, sales scripts, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of calls made by the sales team, providing feedback and actionable insights.
- Identify gaps in sales communication, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Work closely with the training and operations team to suggest improvements based on audit findings.
- Prepare regular quality reports highlighting trends, challenges, and recommendations.
- Conduct calibration sessions with sales teams to align quality standards.
- Support the achievement of sales targets by ensuring high call quality and customer experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
