Sales Officer

**IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT - SALES OFFICER (SO)**

- Authorised Distributor for Leading FMCG & Beverage Brands_

We are a well-established distribution company representing reputed brands such as _HUL, ITC, Pepsi, CAMPA Cola,_ and more. Along with distribution across Tuticorin and surrounding districts, we also operate a state-of-the-art **packaged drinking water plant (Parle’s Bailley) at Kilavallanadu, Thoothukudi.**

We are urgently looking for an **experienced Sales officer** to join our **Water Plant Sales Team.**

**Requirements**:

- Any degree qualification (mandatory)
- **3-6 years of proven sales experience in FMCG / retail distribution**:

- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Compulsory: Two-wheeler with valid driving licence

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **overall sales operations for SIVAGANGAI & PUDUKOTTAI district**:

- Drive **primary sales** and ensure **secondary sales growth** through the team
- Achieve monthly targets and ensure market expansion
- Develop strong distributor/retailer relationships in the territory
- Collect market insights and competitor feedback
- Ensure timely collection of payments (Cash & Carry model)
- Coordinate with management for reporting, claims, and schemes
