**Role**: Full time, On-site

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- 6 months of proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or other industry-standard tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands on experience on MS PowerPoint and MS Office suite.
- UI UX designing (Preferred, not required)
- Good English communication is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Designs**: Make graphics for websites, social media, ads, brochures, festive posts, birthday posts, industry specific graphs with infographics and more.
- **Maintain Brand Style**: Make sure all designs follow the brand’s guidelines.
- **Work with Teams**: Collaborate with marketing, content, HR and IT team to create designs that meet our goals.
- **Manage Projects**: Handle multiple design projects at once, making sure they are completed on time.
- **Incorporate Feedback**: Make changes to designs based on feedback from team members.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest design trends and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
