Job Profile : Assistant Manager, CRM
- Work with a small, and target driven team to achieve sales revenue for The Stone Flooring, UK
- Validate Sample requests by connecting to Customers and booking the warehouse, shipping of the samples
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products or price increases in order to increase sales.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
- Liaison with marketplaces team to call and connect with Ebay/ Amazon customers for higher sales conversions
- Liaison with the UK team and assist the UK based MD, as a Business assistant in sales enquiry handling
- Managing Database for checkout abandoned, and sample requests/ conversions
- Leverage internal resources and utilize Zoho for database management

Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
