**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in Photoshop and Adobe software to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs.

**Must have skills, education & behaviors**
- Degree/diploma course in Graphics designing (or a related field) from a renowned institute or university
- Prior domain experience: 1+ Year in Graphic Design (Print Industry)
- Freelance (Print based & corporate identity work) or working with an artistic media firm
- Taken part in workshops or design projects at renowned Art Institute-Design Concepts, Pencil Art, Sketching, Doodle, Calligraphy
- Advanced level of Designing Skills such as Typography, Color Theory, Layout Skills, etc.
- Exhibits creativity skills as required to enhance customer satisfaction
- Strong ethical behavior combined with unmatched passion, commitment, and drive for quality excellence
- Proficient reading comprehension ability to understand customer needs in English along with the intermediate level of verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good to have knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Technical Skills**:

- Must be able to operate various graphic designing software such as Ai, PS, InDesign, and Adobe Stock (Understanding & firsthand experience working on AI, PS & In-design) Creativity: Must be able to think of original approaches & develop unique designs that convey a recognizable meaning

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Create/Review/Recreate customer designs and produce a high-quality helpful result for production, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proactively raise issues regarding systems, tools, performance, and processes.
- Resolving escalations from customers or manufacturing facilities and sharing feedback with the Team Lead to avoid future challenges
- Involving in activities that induce continuous improvement in the skills required for the role
