- Operate professional cameras and associated equipment to record high-quality video content for broadcasts, promos, and events.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and execute the vision.
- Frame and compose shots effectively, ensuring excellent image quality and visual storytelling.
- Set up and adjust lighting, audio, and other production elements to enhance video quality.
- Capture live events, sermons, interviews, and other Christian media content with a keen eye for detail.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of camera equipment, troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Adapt to shooting in various environments, including studios, outdoor locations, and live-event settings.
- Ensure all video content reflects the organization's mission and Christian values.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **Christian media** with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency with professional camera equipment and accessories, including DSLRs, camcorders, and stabilizers.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and shot framing.
- Knowledge of audio recording equipment and techniques is a plus.
