**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic leadership and coordination for Grades 9-12.
- Teach assigned classes as required.
- Ensure smooth execution of lesson plans through regular classroom observations.
- Support faculty with academic planning, test preparation, and resource management.
- Guide students on academic queries related to registration, schedules, permissions, and more.
- Coordinate effectively between students, teachers, and parents.
- Assist in planning and executing departmental events (space booking, logistics, invitations, etc.).
- Collect and manage documents for scholarships, admissions, and recruitment processes.
- Prepare and process personnel forms, timesheets, and other administrative paperwork.
- Schedule and manage classrooM/Facility use while ensuring their safety and security.
- Promote and uphold the institution’s vision, values, culture, and academic policies.
- Build strong parent relationships; assist in parent-teacher meetings and academic workshops.
- Show empathy, motivation, and care towards students, fostering a supportive environment.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the Head of Institution or Management.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelors / Postgraduate degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed educational institution.
- Proven ability to manage academic operations and mentor teaching staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about education with a student-centered approach.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
