Chinese Cook

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present Chinese dishes (starters, rice, noodles, gravies, soups) as per standard recipes.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure food is cooked and served in a timely manner during peak hours.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain food cost.
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies during food preparation and storage.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering ingredients when required.
- Cooperate with other kitchen staff and support them as needed.
- Innovate and develop new Chinese menu items based on customer demand and seasonal availability.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chinese Cook or in a similar role.
- Expertise in wok handling and Chinese cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
