- Monitors and manages the ordering of all beer, wine, spirits, and bar tools and equipment
- Ensure that appropriate stock/par level of all bar items is constantly maintained
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
- Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the guests at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
- Have great knowledge of alcohol and alcohol history
- Use one’s expert knowledge to create innovative drinks and cocktails that explore the boundaries of flavors.
- Have a passion for experimenting with mixing new drinks.
