**Position: Retail Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations based on their preferences and requirements.
- **Sales and Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions.
- Provide accurate information to customers and address any inquiries they may have.
- **Merchandising**:

- Ensure proper merchandising of products on the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
- **Point of Sale (POS) Transactions**:

- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect and convey customer feedback to improve products and service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the retail industry, especially in [specific type of products].
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
