Profile introduction

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for various print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality, engaging visual content that effectively communicates the intended message and aligns with the company's brand identity.
- Use industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to design and produce graphics and layouts.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, techniques, and best practices, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and improve design quality.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Review final designs and ensure accuracy before production or publication.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers or freelancers as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity across various mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow project briefs and guidelines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
