Inspector Iii

TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.

**Responsibility**:

- 1. Key Responsibilities:
- To perform manufacturing duties to the best of your ability, maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
- Responsible for manpower planning, allocation, leave management and training and appraisals of team members in the line as per self-managed team concept
- Clearing the lots based on priority on daily basis. (EOU&DDS): Physical verification of the Inspection reports; SAP QA32 clearance.
- Inspection of lots monitoring and clearing it.

2. NC handling:
- Raising Rework notification to Production & move the stock back to production.
- Document of confirm rejection location on time.

3. Training of Final Inspectors based on requirement.- Daily FRB reviews.
- Weekly QCPC reviews.
- Weekly MRB reviews
- 5S management at Final inspection area.
- Continuous Improvement to Reduce 100% Inspection based on the in-process Rejection Customer Rejection
- Attending daily SMT, CPC, PIM meetings

4. New projects/Product- Prepare of WI and check list for new project/Product.
- Co-ordinate for FAI.
- Quality alert to Inspectors.
- Co-ordinate to containment.
- Perform Layered Process Audit.

5. Reporting:
- Monthly PPM report (EOU and DDS).
- Weekly PPM report. (EOU and DDS)
- Defect wise PARETO (EOU and DDS
- BE/ B. Tech (Electronic, Electrical/ Mechanical)
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing and assembly of connectors and harness assembly
- Good communication skills
- Strong Presentation skills
- Organizing and Time management skills
