Transcribe medical reports, summaries, office visit notes and other medical documents from recorded messages from health care providers
- Familiarity with proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure as well as medical jargon and abbreviations for accuracy
- Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality according to provider standards and government regulations
- Review transcription documents for quality assurance and precision to spot and correct any errors that could impact patient care and medical liability
- Create templates and enter data into HMS Software for updated record keeping and archives
- Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats.
- Typing Discharge Summaries on time with 100% accuracy.
- Ability to transcribe accurately and maintain a minimum typing speed of 80-90wpm.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology
- Keen attention to detail in order not to compromise patient care.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and meet legal requirements.
- Exceptional written communication skills and knowledge of medical record formats.
- Ability to work under pressure situations
- Punctual and reliable disposition
- Previous experience in hospital or other health care setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
