IPQA Officer
- Proper monitoring & implementation of In process controls such as line clearance monitoring of weight variation frequently.
- Proper line clearance before dispensing, manufacturing, filling and packing.
- Calculate the NLT of can/bottle and shipper and ensure that all the can/bottle & shipper are within the range.
- Filling of on line documents such as BPR.
- On line deviation/defects and inform to seniors.
- Online parameter such as Bulk & LPG quantity in can, crimping dimension of the can, Batch coding on Can/Carton/Shipper, water temp. of water bath and leakage in can etc.
- Perform AQL/SQC/PSI test for finish goods.
- Monitor daily balance calibration activity online.

Experience required : - 2-5 years

**Salary**: ₹18,000.92 - ₹25,000.75 per month

- Kala Amb, Kala Amb - 173030, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quality assurance: 2 years (preferred)
