*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Workforce Handling:* Coordinate and manage daily activities of construction workers, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and resources. Track material requirements and coordination with vendors for material availability.
- *Requirement Analysis and material procurement:* Assess project requirements, identify resource needs, and ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
- *Project Supervision:* Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- *Communication:* Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- *Reporting:* Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, workforce activities, and any issues or challenges encountered.

*Qualifications:*
- Education: 12th pass
- Prior experience or internships in construction or project management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
