**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree Required: Any Management degree
- Experience: 2 to 6 yrs with secretary role for Vice Chairman
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
**ROLES AND RESPONSBILITES**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice Chairman, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between the Vice Chairman and all doctors, consultants, and HODs.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation for departmental and medical meetings.
- Follow up on action items and decisions made by the Vice Chairman, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality in all communications and records.
- Assist in drafting internal memos, official correspondence, and reports.
- Organize and manage travel arrangements and itineraries for official medical visits or conferences.
- Ensure smooth flow of communication between medical staff and the Vice Chairman’s office.
- Track progress of departmental projects and assist in the collection and compilation of data and reports.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kilpauk, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
