**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop, manage, and coordinate Revit models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Utilize Navisworks for clash detection, model coordination, and project reviews.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants using BIM 360 for cloud-based project management and collaboration.
- Prepare detailed construction documents and drawings aligned with project requirements.
- Implement design revisions based on project updates and client feedback.
- Conduct model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with BIM standards and project protocols.
- Support design presentations using Revit outputs and visualization tools to effectively communicate design intent.
- Participate in coordination meetings to resolve issues and streamline workflows.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is required.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, construction processes, and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo for computational and parametric design is beneficial.
- Experience in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and project coordination within BIM environments.
- Prior exposure to U.S., Canadian, or Australian projects will be a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in an architectural or engineering firm is preferred.
