**About Us**:
Our client is leading manufacturer of panel-based (modular) office furniture. They are based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat and offer customized furniture solutions using German machinery and methodology.

**Job Summary**:
The Kitchen Project Estimator will play a crucial role in the company's success by accurately estimating the cost of kitchen projects. This individual will be responsible for reviewing architectural drawings, preparing bill of materials, and creating detailed quotations in Excel.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Architectural Drawing Analysis**:

- Carefully review architectural drawings to understand the project scope of kitchen, vanity, and other millwork.
- Identify specific requirements, including dimensions, materials, and finishes.

**Bill of Materials (BOM) Creation**:

- Develop comprehensive BOMs based on the architectural drawings, incorporating all necessary components and quantities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of BOMs to avoid errors and delays.

**Quotation Preparation**:

- Calculate material costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses to determine the overall project cost.
- Prepare detailed quotations in Excel, clearly outlining the project scope, pricing, and terms and conditions.

**Cost Control**:

- Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to stay competitive.

**Customer Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with customers to address their inquiries and provide clarification on quotations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project estimation or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of kitchen design principles and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to attend scheduled calls with overseas clients.
