**Requirements**:

- Must have a pleasant personality with good communication and people skills.
- Must be fluent in English and Malayalam.
- Experience as a telecaller in any sector is also preferred.

Job description:

- Maintain database of leads generated, calls made, bookings received etc.
- Communicate with field staff and technicians regarding service enquiries.
- Monitor and allot daily booking plan to field service technicians by passing on the service bookings received from customers.
- Handle an admin role in the office by keeping daily track of office accounts, HR related acitivies etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
