**About Us**

This role is for a startup being incubated by 2070 Health, a part of W Health Ventures. We partner with exceptional founders and use deep research, market analysis, and domain knowledge to identify and launch digital health companies. We leverage our network of key opinion leaders, clinical advisors, and doctors to find ideas that can make a big impact in the Indian healthcare ecosystem. So far, we have launched three successful healthcare companies, including two with a chain of clinics across India in metabolic weight loss (Elevate Now) and pain management (Nivaan).

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting regular check-ups on infants, children, and adolescents to monitor their growth and development. Perform physical examinations, check vital signs, and ask about symptoms or concerns under the supervision of a senior pediatrician
- Diagnose and treat a range of illnesses and injuries that affect children. Prescribe medications and give detailed instructions for administration, following defined protocols set by clinical director
- Manage follow-up and off-hour consultations, whilst providing support to senior doctor within the clinic
- Respond to queries and questions asked by parents on our online messaging platform (WhatsApp)
- Prepare and administer vaccines according to the governmental vaccination plan
- Prescribe and interpret appropriate lab tests to gain more information for possible infections or abnormalities
- Advise parents on children’s diet, exercise and disease-preventive measures
- Keep abreast of advancements in pediatrics and best practices by attending seminars and conferences

**Requirements**:

- UG - MBBS
- PG - DCH / DNB / MD Pediatrics

**Shifts**: 10 hours shifts, work from home (online), 4 times a weekday shift and 2 times a week night shift
