**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed **eye and vision tests** using advanced instruments.
- Prescribe and dispense **spectacles, lenses, and contact lenses** based on test results.
- Educate customers on **lens options, frame styles, and eye health**.
- Ensure accurate **record-keeping** of patients’ test results and prescriptions.
- Assist in **frame and lens selection** as per customer needs.
- Maintain **store hygiene, display, and instrument calibration**.
- Support the **sales team** by converting eye test results into eyewear sales.
- Maintain high standards of **professional ethics and patient care**.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s in Optometry (B.Optom)** or **Diploma in Optometry**.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a retail eyewear store or optical clinic (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
