- Taking care of physical security for the premises with deploying staff at entry, exits.
- Handling visitors and guests through Visitor Management System (VMS).
- Taking care of access control, alarm response and CCTV monitoring.
- Handling emergencies and incidents management.
- Implementing procedures and policies for loss prevention and theft control.
- Taking care of badging process and key management.
- Ensuring lost & found management is documented and claiming process is done effectively.
- Planning and scheduling the security marshals for employee’s transport and GPS tracking till closures.
- Performing investigations on the reported lost cases and theft cases.
- Effectively planning and taking security measures for internal/ external events.
- Being proactive in deviation handling, crowd management and vendor work force control.
- Supervising the materials, scrap, garbage, e-waste movements and disposal activities.
- Preparing reports for presenting in monthly, quarterly and annual Business Reviews (MBR) meetings.
- Handling internal & external audits by maintaining accurate reports.
