**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Conduct **live, interactive online sessions** on **Child Development & Pedagogy (CDP)** for CTET, central exams and other state TET exams.
- Develop **structured lesson plans** focusing on key CDP topics such as:

- Theories of Piaget, Vygotsky, Kohlberg, and Bruner
- Inclusive education, learning disabilities, and individualized teaching methods
- Assessment and evaluation techniques for diverse learners
- Provide **personalized feedback** to help students improve their conceptual clarity and exam performance.
- Stay updated with **latest NCERT, NEP 2020 guidelines**, and exam patterns.
- Use **digital teaching tools** (PPT, quizzes, interactive whiteboards) to enhance engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed), Psychology, or related field.**:

- **Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in CDP (CTET/TET coaching preferred).**:

- **Strong grasp of child psychology, teaching methodologies, and NCF frameworks.**:

- Prior experience in **online teaching platforms** (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS).
