**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Willing to work on tight deadlines.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities for submission
- Understanding of how to recruit both, active and passive talent.
- Partner with hiring teams on people operations, interview assistance and onboarding.

**Job Qualifications-**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong self-learning curve
- Comfortable with working under pressure
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree
