**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular training programs for sales, service, and customer relationship teams.
- Design and implement effective training modules in line with Toyota standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Keep teams updated with the latest Toyota products, features, and processes.
- Coordinate with management to identify training needs and performance gaps.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Business, HR, or related fields).
- 2+ years of experience in training, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Certification in training/facilitation will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Toyota processes or prior experience with a Toyota dealership is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
