**Job Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for complete documentation of warehouse.
- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
- Arrangement of on-boarded stores with proper identification and location.
- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs
- Handling incoming and outgoing couriers to warehouse.
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement
- Handling inventory requests of Field Service Engineers.
- Enquiry handling related to spare parts.
- WHT to other branches based on the request from parts controller.
- Perpetual Inventory Check.
- Registration of customer PO and sending information to HQ.

**Desired Background and Qualification**
- Bachelors in Commerce or related field
- Prior Knowledge and Experience of operating on BUSY Software is **mandatory**:

- Supply chain management and logistics experience
- Proficient in MS Excel/MS Office
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
