**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Warranty Claims Management: Processing and managing warranty claims from customers, including verifying eligibility, documentation, and coordinating with the manufacturer or suppliers for claim approval.

2. Warranty Policy Compliance: Ensuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures established by the manufacturer or dealership, and keeping up-to-date with any changes or updates.

3. Customer Support: Providing assistance and guidance to customers regarding warranty coverage, claim processes, and resolving any issues or disputes related to warranties.

4. Data Analysis: Analyzing warranty data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This includes monitoring warranty costs, identifying potential warranty fraud, and providing reports to management.

5. Supplier Coordination: Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to address warranty-related concerns, such as parts failures, product defects, or warranty program enhancements.

6. Training and Education: Conducting training sessions for service technicians and other staff members to ensure they understand warranty policies and procedures, claim documentation requirements, and customer service standards.

7. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims, approvals, rejections, and related communication. This includes maintaining databases and files for easy retrieval and reference.

**SKILLS Requirement**

a) Automotive Knowledge: Good understanding of automotive systems, parts, and warranty policies.

b) Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in verifying claim documentation and maintaining accurate records.

c) Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

d) Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze warranty data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.

e) Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude to resolve warranty-related issues and find practical solutions.

f) Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple warranty claims simultaneously and meet deadlines.

g) Knowledge of Warranty Systems: Familiarity with warranty management software and systems used in the automotive industry.

**Education**

Graduation in any discipline.

**Experience**

3-5 years of experience in warranty administration or a related role in the automotive industry is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
